Should have worked on couple of operating systems (windows, Unix)
Should have trouble shooting skills and should be quick to identify the problem
Should be a self starter
Exposure to Web server (Apache, IIS, Oracle Application Server)and servlet engines (JRUN, Servlet Engine, Oracle Application Server)
Exposure to ArcIMS architecture.
Hands on experience of GIS Project execution / training / technical support.
Exposure to ArcIMS trouble shooting, Load balancing and server configuration issues.
Understanding of ArcXMLDesirable.
Previous software installation experience and customer support experience.
Skills on other ESRI products like ArcGIS and ArcSDE
