Duration: 6 Months +

Technical Skills REQUIRED:
Skills Required:-
ArcGIS Server software, ArcGIS ArcMap software, GeoCortex Essentials software and SQL Server and complex relational databases
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:
• Provide GIS services on site (desk, computer and software provided by DMA CFMO, on site)
• Montana State Licensed Survey Services
• CADD Software utilization and ability to convert CADD drawings to GIS feature classes
• Knowledge, familiarity and understanding of Spatial Data Standards for Facilities, Infrastructure, and Environment (SDSFIE) data standard compliance
• Knowledge, familiarity and understanding of ArcGIS Server software, ArcGIS ArcMap software, GeoCortex Essentials software and SQL Server and complex relational databases.
• Ability to create and publish web mapping services, documented experience
• Able to pass a background check, required for computer access to system
• Ability to understand utility plans and drawings and architectural plans and drawings
• Familiarity and understanding of title search documents
• Understand and develop legal descriptions
• Ability to troubleshoot any technical problems in the event of system errors or the system goes down.

Describe your experience using SDS-FIE compliant GIS data in an ArcGIS Server environment and publishing of that data to the web using GeoCortex Essentials software. Please list past projects, websites, and references.
