| | | | Job Description | Position Responsibilities:
The Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Instructor will instruct, revise and deliver basic, intermediate and advanced geospatial analysis instruction of ESRI product suite of ArcMap, Arccatalog, Arctoolbox, ArcGIS and military analyst extensions. Create, manipulate, and update ArcGIS projects, manipulate layers and features in map displays, attributes tables, and graphs. This position is located in Ft. Meade, Maryland and requires a TS/SCI Full Scope Poly clearance level.
Required Professional Experience:
* At least 3 years of experience and knowledge of ArcGIS principles, practices, concepts and techniques as an analyst.
* At least 5 years of experience and knowledge of SIGINT principles, practices, concepts and techniques as an analyst.
* At least 5 years combined experience in education and methodology of adult education
* At least 3 years of experience with blended/distance learning technologies such as CENTRA and BLACKBOARD and capable of offering classes in all modes.
* At least 7 years of ArcGIS experience or a Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university with 3 years GIS experience.)
