Supervisor Technology #4008
PSE is looking to hire a Supervisor Technology in their
Maps, Records & Technology Department!
This person will supervise a staff of GIS and CAD professionals and technicians responsible for the maintenance and performance of the company’s CAD, GIS and mapping computer applications. They will consult with users to review, analyze, troubleshoot, modify and test systems to improve efficiency and/or functionality. In addition, they will provide a lead role in facilitating solutions to complex issues involving spatial technologies that support PSE’s business initiatives and will assist in the development of resource plans, department budgets, goals and objectives.

Required:
• Bachelor degree in engineering, computer science or GIS and 2 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Excellent customer relation skills, including problem solving.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Leadership experience.
Desired:
• Project Management experience
• 5 years supervision experience
• 5 years utility experience
• Experience with Oracle,.Net, AutoCAD, GIS
• Experience with document management systems
