| | | | Job Description | | The individual will be responsible for responding to online and telephone requests as well as communicating with and educating existing and new customers about the services and products we provide while finding the best solution for their needs, preparing any required paperwork for the production and accounting departments, qualifying and providing leads information to technical business development team, and facilitating the delivery of information. | | | | | Job Requirements | Required Skills:

Education/experience:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• 1 to 2 years customer service experience in GIS industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in GIS related software a plus
