Should have worked on windows operating system.
Should have trouble shooting skills and should be quick to identify the problem.
Should be a self starter .
Exposure to ArcGIS Desktop software’s like ArcMap, ArcCatalog.
Understanding of Arc family of products.
Hands on experience of GIS Project execution / training / technical support.
Hands-on experience on .NET and VB project execution.
Understanding ESRI geodatabases format.
Hands on experience on ArcGIS Object Libraries and various interfaces.
Hands on experience on ArcGIS VBA environment.Desirable.
Previous software installation experience and customer support experience.
Skills on other ESRI products like ArcGIS Server,ArcSDE and ArcIMS
