2. Willingness and readiness to “give over and above”. Understand that each employee in our company is a key contributor to the company’s success.
3. Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, including reporting status to customer organizations.
4. Work with financial team to develop and monitor project budget.
5. Work with customer and sales team to establish scope control procedures for projects.
6. Work with Customer to develop functional requirements for projects.
7. Develop and maintain customer relationships by earning customer respect.
8. Work with resource manager to staff and maintain project team.
9. Identify and qualify additional sales opportunities at existing customers.
10. Negotiate scope, schedule and budget changes with customers and sales team for change orders.
11. Work with sales team to develop proposals, statements of work, and change orders for existing and potential customers.
| | | | | Job Requirements | 1. Extensive travel required (approximately 40-50 % travel)
2. PC literate in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project
3. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing
4. Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple assignments and priorities
5. Ability to deliver assignments in a timely and accurate fashion
6. Should have familiarity with legal contracts
7. Negotiation skills, financial and technical issues
8. Proficient in software development life cycle and its constituent functions
