First to implement weekly and monthly events newsletters for staff and guests at the Cambridge Suites Hotel to help improve quality of service.
Put into service Restaurant and Hotel information packages for staff and guests to refer to when looking for recommendations and directions. This has helped alleviate the pressure on Front desk staff that was often required to fulfill this responsibility.
Continually receive positive feedback through informal letters, emails and formal comment cards from past and present guests. Consistently receive glowing performance reviews from various Department Heads and the General Manager of the hotel.
2006 – Present: Assisting in the development of a web based dog fashion retailer (www.k9kloud9.com) through data entry, photography, and creative marketing (i.e. affiliate programs).
