Project #1:
Title : Walmart
Duration : May 2010 ¡V till date.
Team Size : 15 Members
Description: Walmart is one of most international company operates retail stores, restaurants, supercenters, etc. Walmart has decided to digitize department zones, Aisles, Customer zone,etc in Architectural drawings of stores. For that, client has given drawing of stores and we should capture the above mentioned things. By using this information client can track areas occupied by zones and can easily plan future requirements. Area accuracy is must for this project like total area should match with sum of zones area.
Role: Digitization of department zones, aisles, customer zones, etc.
Project #2:
Title : US Mart
Duration : March 2010 ¡V May 2010.
Team Size : 20 Members
Description: USmart is a company operates retail stores. USmart has decided to digitize different types of racks, refrigerators, tables and etc.. present in Architectural drawings of stores. For that, client has given drawing of stores and we should capture the above mentioned with 3'x3' and 4'x4' feet racks. Client has given different specification to digitize different things mentioned above. By using this information client can track easily and also making modification is very easier in future.
Role: Digitization of racks, drawing cleanup and topology creation.

Title : Orissa Land Records
Client : RMSI, Hyderabad
Duration : February 2010 ¡V March 2010.

Description: Orissa has decided to digitize the cadastral maps of all villages and store it in from of vector images with a view to preserve the data available in the documents, facilitates its easy storage, retrieval and greater access to the public and functionaries of the department. Further damages to the original records can be avoided (Digitization) for village cadastral maps.
Project flow, collecting hardcopy of maps, scanning those maps, image cleaning, index.
Digitization of scanned maps, and edge matching of sheets.
Role: Production, more participation in QC, QA and Mapfinishing.

Title : Madhya Pradesh Land Records (MPLR)
Client : Government of Madhya Pradesh, Gwalior
Duration : June 2008 ¡V Dec 2008 & Dec 16th 2009-Dec 28th 2009
Team Size : 32 Members
Description: Creation of Spatial Database (Digitization) for village Cadastral Maps. Land Records and settlements, Government of Madhya Pradesh, Gwalior has decided to digitize the cadastral maps of all villages and store it in from of vector images with a view to preserve the data available in the documents, facilitates its easy storage, retrieval and greater access to the public and functionaries of the department. Further damages to the original records can be avoided (Digitization) for village cadastral maps.
Project flow, collecting hardcopy of maps, scanning those maps, image cleaning, index and generation of check points on micro transparency with 100% matching on 1:1 scale output. Digitization of scanned maps, and edge matching of sheets and then providing vector data and hardcopy plots.
Output data is exported in Arc.shp or ARC Geo Database file format.
Role: Some little bit of production, more participation in QC, QA and Mapfinishing.

Title : Dubai Police

Description: The requirement of the project is to provide texturing for 3D-Buildings. This can be done in two ways 1) Auto Texturing, 2) Real texturing. For this purpose we are using .3ds files and real orthos as inputs. With the help of .3ds files we have to provide auto texturing to 3D-Buildings without disturbing the top of the building texturing.
Role: Using Auto desk 3ds Max & am doing auto texturing to 3d buildings.

Title : City of San Jose (CSJ)
Client : San Jose
Duration : Oct 15th 2009 ¡V Nov 14th 2009
Team Size : 20 Members
Description: The requirement of the project is to capture the road network of San Jose city. As per the client specifications, we need to capture features like Curb and Gutter, Side Walk and Side Walk centerline, Meridians, and Islands, etc¡K For this project client gave Aerial images as raw inputs and road centerline. Finally, we should provide database to the above features by using road centerline database as reference. At each and every junctions of roads should be split and provide different data as per road centerline database.
Role: Production by using MicroStation, Mapfinishing step using AutoCad.

Title : Ministry of National Economy (MoNE)
Client : Sultanate of Oman
Duration : Dec 2008 ¡V Oct 14th 2009
Team Size : 16 Members
Description: Ministry of National Economy (MoNE) ¡V Sultanate of Oman/Muscat is seeing to continue the process of covering the population (towns and villages) in Sultanate of Oman with Geospatial Database from satellite imagery showing the buildings foot points, farm outlines, road networks and other selected man made features required to support it¡¦s own various social and economical project for population, housing and establishments 2010.
Steps in the project: Sequentially DTM production with height accuracy within 5m, Satellite imagery Ortho Rectification, Digital Geo Database creation, and Ground Control Points (GCPs) collection.
Role: Creation of Geo Database, in this step I have done production, QC, QA, Map finishing and GDB creation.
Project #8:
Title : Steel Authority of India LTD (SAIL)
Client : Government of Jharkhand
Duration : Dec 2007 ¡V June 2008
Team Size : 8 Members
Description: Steel Authority of India LTD (SAIL) ¡V Conversion of all the cadastral maps of SAIL under taken areas and plant. Land Records, Government of Jharkhand, has decided to digitize the cadastral maps and plant maps of SAIL and store in the form of vector images. Further damages to the original maps can be avoided, and it is to track the areas under government. Capturing the buildings and quarters of SAIL has captured from the census images with areas accurate and shapes as given by department.
Project flow, collecting hardcopy of maps, scanning those maps, indexing and digitization. Digitization of scanned maps and edge matching of sheets and then forming the total SAIL area.
Role: Production of cadastral maps, QC and by interpreting the satellite image we were digitized the buildings and vegetation present in SAIL.
